Why We Started Lina’s Contracting
We started Lina’s Contracting because we knew homeowners deserved better communication, honest pricing, and real respect for their homes — something we often didn’t see in the industry.
Too many clients come to us after dealing with contractors who didn’t communicate clearly, missed deadlines, disrespected the home, or cut corners. Our goal was to create a company built on honesty, reliability, and strong customer service, where clients feel informed and confident at every stage of the project.
Our company is built on partnership. Lina oversees operations, client communication, estimating, and compliance, while Denis, our lead foreman, ensures high-quality execution in the field. Together, we deliver dependable results and long-term value.
